For a wonderful change of pace, host your next retreat or business meeting at Swann House. Our beautifully appointed living room can provide an intimate, private and comfortable venue to maximize productivity. We can accommodate up to 14 people in a formal Board Room environment, and as many as to 20 people in a more casual retreat setting. Our dining room, parlor and sunroom easily offer extra space to utilize for break-out sessions. We will assist with audio-visual needs and offer complimentary WiFi throughout the inn. Swann House can provide a delicious continental breakfast including home made baked goods, assorted yogurt, fresh fruit and beverages. All day beverage service with bottled water, coffee and tea is available and we’ll be glad to coordinate a catered lunch.
Our Rental Fee for Meeting Space is $125 per hour or $800 per day. Multiple day discounts available. Don’t forget accommodations for your out of town attendees!
