Our guestrooms are individually decorated with rich colors and luxurious fabrics creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Every guestroom has a private bath and is well appointed with sumptuous robes, luxurious bath amenities, sateen sheets and down pillows, featherbeds*, hair dryers and irons. Select rooms feature wood burning fireplaces, whirlpool bathtubs and private decks for added luxury. Each room has cable TV and telephones with voice mail and data ports. Local phone calls and Internet access are complimentary. VCRs and DVD players are available upon request. Swann House is fully air-conditioned.
*While our down products are hypo-allergenic, we will be happy to remove them from your room on request.
Rates for our guestrooms range between $150-$365 per night and vary based on season. Rates may be higher during special events.
