Our Washington, DC B&B makes its home in a circa 1883 mansion enveloping you in the grandeur of a bygone era while offering all the modern conveniences necessary for today’s traveler. Crystal chandeliers, elaborately carved fireplaces and original plaster moldings reflect just a portion of the nineteenth century craftsmanship that can be seen throughout our award-winning Washington, DC Bed and Breakfast Inn.
Conveniently located in the historic Dupont Circle neighborhood, Swann House Bed and Breakfast is in close proximity to The White House, Smithsonian Museums and National Zoo as well as the Washington DC Convention Center and several universities including Georgetown, American, George Washington and Howard.
A complimentary Continental Breakfast, including fresh baked goods, is served in our elegant Dining Room daily between 8:30am to 10:00am.
